These Terms govern your use of Narrative Key Media’s website and services. By submitting an enquiry, engaging our strategists, or otherwise using this site, you agree to the following.
Our Services: Narrative Key Media is a strategic communications agency offering media relations, executive and personal branding and corporate communication services. We leverage our network of 200+ media partners to pursue meaningful coverage, thought leadership placements and visibility opportunities for our clients. Given the editorial independence of journalists and publications, we cannot and do not guarantee specific media placements, publication dates, headline approval or coverage outcomes. Specific deliverables, timelines and success metrics will be defined in each client’s individual service agreement. Our commitment is to strategic effort, relevant pitching and professional representation, not guaranteed results.
Enquiries and Engagement: Submitting a form through our website does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. A formal engagement begins only once a signed service agreement or accepted proposal outlining scope, deliverables, fees and timelines is in place.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate, truthful information regarding your background, achievements and business claims. Since our work involves representing you to journalists and media outlets, we reserve the right to pause, decline, or terminate work if we identify misleading, defamatory, or unverifiable claims we are asked to promote on your behalf.
Media Pitch Approval: Where agreed in your service plan, draft pitches, press releases, or bylined content will be shared for your review before outreach. Once approved and sent to media contacts, we cannot control or reverse how a journalist chooses to use, edit, or publish that material.
Intellectual Property: Strategy documents, messaging frameworks and campaign assets created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which agreed-upon deliverables transfer to the client.
Fees and Payment: Service fees, retainers and payment schedules are defined in individual client agreements. Late payments may result in paused deliverables or campaign activity.
Confidentiality: Each party agrees to treat as confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with this engagement, including business information, strategy, internal frameworks, media contacts, and methodologies.
Limitation of Liability: Narrative Key Media is not liable for indirect losses, reputational impact, or business outcomes arising from third-party publication content, journalist decisions, or media coverage beyond our reasonable control.
Termination: Either party may terminate an active engagement upon notice in accordance with the notice period specified in the service agreement.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of applicable courts.
